SHOT Show 2025: NEW Remington Products

As hunting season wraps up around the United States, “show season” assumes the attention of outdoorsmen and women. Throughout the winter and spring time, brands in the outdoor industry highlight new products which allow enthusiasts to learn more about the latest engineering feats of outdoor brands.

Specifically, the staple of all trade shows is the legendary SHOT Show. This annual trade show in Las Vegas marks the official launch of new products for 2025. This show is the first time outdoor brands can investigate recently engineered products in their business space and start thinking about a purchase decision. As an industry leader in premier ammunition, Remington is thrilled to unveil a line of ammunition products designed for hunters and shooters at this event every year.

For the 2025 SHOT Show, Remington is proud to announce the addition of more iconic rifle ammo to our website and shelves across the world.

Remington Core-Lokt

Remington Core-Lokt rifle ammo, THE DEADLIEST MUSHROOM IN THE WOODS®, has been providing hunters across the world a reliable controlled expansion cartridge for 80 + years. This controlled expansion bullet optimizes performance on game by locking the bullet core and jacket together. This results in enhanced energy transfer, penetration, knockdown power, and hemorrhaging on game. This leaves hunters with a smokin’ barrel and a short tracking trail with a well-placed shot. Now, for 2025, the Core-Lokt family expands! Remington will now offer a new straight wall cartridge, 400 Legend, and a new 30 caliber load, 300 HAM’R for Core-Lokt shooters.

Second, Remington is excited to launch the expansion of our Core-Lokt Tipped Lever Gun lineup. Adding to the existing 360 Buckhammer load, Remington will now load this product line in 30-30 Win, 35 Remington, 45-70 Government, 444 Marlin, and 32 Special. Serving traditional hunters is something the Remington brand embodies. Core-Lokt Tipped Lever Gun brings performance innovation to time-tested favorites. The added ballistic tip on these cartridges will improve expansion on target and flight performance over distance, and improve the internal functionality of these cartridges in your lever gun.

Last, we are excited to expand Core-Lokt Tipped rifle ammo family onto our existing cartridges. To follow suit with its parent cartridge, the original Core-Lokt, we promise to continue to grow the product line to outfit big game hunters across the world. This year, Remington has added its very own MAGNUM to the lineup. 300 Remington Ultra Magnum, or 300 RUM, will now be loaded as a Core-Lokt Tipped cartridge. This cartridge’s velocity and grain weight is sure to provide the ultimate performance on any big game in North America.

Next up for the 2025 new product lineup, Remington will be introducing new waterfowl and upland loads to the shotshell ammunition market.

Remington Premier Royal Flush

No matter what you flush in the field, this shotshell takes the pot. Introducing: Premier Royal Flush. Premier Royal Flush is Remington’s new upland load, ready for any bird in the field. Engineered to sling magnum grade copper plated shot at velocities of 1500+FPS, this shell not only takes down anything you flush, but enables you to reach out and take a distant bird. Premier Royal Flush will be loaded in 12ga, 16ga, and 20ga with 4, 5, and 6 shot size options. Be sure to add this Premier upland load to your vest for the 2025-2026 bird season.

Remington Duck Club Steel

For the upcoming 2025-2026 waterfowl season make sure your Duck Club dues are paid. Introducing: Duck Club Steel. This waterfowl load is a revamped version of our Iconic Sportsman Hi-Speed Steel. This steel waterfowl load will suit the needs of the 12ga or 20ga shooter no matter the occasion, without breaking the bank. Early-season Teal, mid-season Mallards, late-season geese, Duck Club Steel is ready for any sunrise.

Big Green is known for producing popular rimfire products. From our Iconic 22 Thunderbolt to Ranch Hand, Remington specializes in this area of ammunition. For 2025, Remington is proud to reintroduce our 22 Short rimfire cartridge and launch our brand-new Performance Wheelgun 22 cartridge.

Remington 22 Short

22 Short is the condensed version of the common 22 LR. This year, 22 Short will be offered to shooters in a hollow point or round nose bullet type. This allows 22 Short to earn its marks when it comes to plinking targets, punching paper, or controlling varmints. More so, the light report and light recoil makes it a great option when teaching beginners how to shoot a firearm.

Finally, our freshly innovated rimfire product, Performance Wheelgun 22. This rimfire product is designed for traditional wheel gun enthusiasts. “Performance Wheelgun 22 is loaded with a 39-grain truncated cone bullet and is designed to be the ultimate example of a low report rimfire product,” said Leland Mason, Remington R&D Engineer and SHOT attendee, “These cartridges thrive in the popular double or single action revolvers you can find at box stores, and the truncated cone bullet makes it easier to load in single action revolvers, lever actions or even bolt action rifles”. The market for subsonic rimfire products is hot, and Remington is excited to contribute to the wave with our new products.
