The selected individual will assist in
answering and logging helpdesk calls. Install and maintain
all employee desktop personal computers, laptops,
peripherals and software. Respond to individual user and
departmental requests initiated through the help desk in a
timely manner.
Responsibilities include desktop support, laptop and printer
hardware, to include memory upgrades, hard drive and other
hardware installations and install printer maintenance kits.
The selected candidate will also research & resolve complex
O/S and other hardware /software issues via Internet and MS
Knowledge Base. Candidate must have the ability to
troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic connectivity
problems.
Requirements include College degree in computer science,
related field or comparable experience, 3 years experience
in the following Operating Systems: Windows XP, Windows
Vista. Word Excel, PowerPoint and Access (MS Office).
